How long do I have to escape the room?
You will have 1 hour to escape the room.
How do I reschedule my booking?
Please contact us at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled booking to reschedule and avoid penalty fees.
When should I arrive for my booking?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking. This gives us time to review the game rules with your group and ensure you get the most out of your experience. The clock will begin at your scheduled start time, whether your group has arrived or not.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is convenient parking in front of our unit.
How do I get on the waitlist for a time slot?
If a time slot is full, you’ll have the option to join the waiting list. If a cancellation occurs, an automatic email will be sent to everyone on that list. Because multiple people may be waiting, availability is first come, first served—so be sure to book quickly if a spot opens up.
